"Ukuthula, Intuthuko, Ukuchuma - From Low-Grade Coal to High-Value Energy"

"Fire Vortex" ™ is a high-tech system developed by inventor Gagarin Zhanshikovich Arutyunyan for the neutralization and disposal of various types of waste. This device is capable of converting solid municipal, medical, and other organic or carbon-containing waste into safe, environmentally friendly materials.
The "Fire Whirl" system is not merely an innovative product; it represents a significant step toward preserving the ecological integrity of our planet. By addressing waste disposal challenges, it serves as a vital tool for both the business sector and society at large. This device stands out as one of the most innovative and unique inventions in the field of waste neutralization and disposal. Patent RU 2753722C1, which protects the rights to this invention, confirms its effectiveness and reliability. The "Fire Vortex" unit operates on the basis of advanced technologies that efficiently utilize thermal energy to process waste while minimizing environmental impact.
The innovation lies in the waste destruction process, which takes place within a combustion chamber at temperatures exceeding 1400°C. A recirculation unit generates a vortex flow inside the chamber, accelerating the decomposition of the feedstock components and releasing carbon (in the form of pyrolysis gas), which is subsequently combusted in an environment of hydrogen and oxygen.
The primary advantage of the "Fire Vortex" system is its environmental friendliness. An excess of oxygen ensures the complete combustion of the organic components of the waste; the resulting emissions consist primarily of water vapor and carbon dioxide, with all other atmospheric emissions remaining well below the maximum permissible concentration (MPC) limits.
Installing the system requires only a one-time capital expenditure for equipment manufacturing (the lifespan... (payback period of less than a year, depending on the required capacity). Operating the furnace will require a staff of no more than 1–3 people, which reduces labor costs. The equipment is designed for long-term, continuous operation, provided that the operating instructions are followed.
Advantages of the "Fire Vortex" system:
-
Environmental safety
-
The system ensures a high level of environmental safety, as exhaust gas emissions into the atmosphere remain well below the maximum permissible limits.
-
Versatility
-
Capable of processing waste of various origins and hazard classes.
-
High throughput
-
The system offers a capacity of 10,000 kg/h or more, while maintaining a modest power consumption of just 5 to 100 kW. This allows for a reduction in the volume of the original waste by up to 98%.
-
Reliability and ease of operation
-
The unit can be installed under a canopy or inside a lightweight hangar, and requires only 1 to 3 personnel for operation and maintenance.
-
Rapid payback and additional profit
-
The system can be equipped with an energy converter, allowing the generated energy to be utilized for energy-intensive processes—such as raw material recycling, industrial drying, agricultural operations, and various other manufacturing sectors.

Operating principle

Raw materials/waste (1) are loaded into the Loading Hopper (2), from where they are supplied to the Sorting Conveyor (3), where waste from metal, brick, and concrete is removed. Next, the sorted waste enters the Shredder (4). The crushed waste is fed through a conveyor (5) into the boiler and burned to form a vapor-gas mixture (Pyrolysis gas CO, H2O). The recirculation block (6) creates an intense vortex and centripetally directed flow of the steam-gas mixture, moving in a spiral from the grate (7) to the recirculation block and returning back along the walls of the boiler body, the “Tornado effect” occurs. In the center of the combustion chamber above the grate, the temperature reaches above 1100°C. Passing through a hot layer of carbon, pyrolysis gas and water vapor, formed as a result of the decomposition of raw material components, burn in the afterburning zone.
